Investigate / Experiment.

Your students did an experiment, and are keen to see what it shows.

What now?

Store and share that data

Whether the data is hand-written notes, or has been typed into Excel or Sheets, it can be imported into DataClassroom.

If the data has been collected or provided by the teacher, they can easily then share it with the entire class or use it for setting an assignment.

Structure and understand the data

DataClassroom not only stores the raw data, but provides a structure to encourage best practices in handling that data. A dataset can be provided with a meaningful title, and a longer description of e.g. how it was collected.

This is also the point where the student learns to understand concepts like different data types, so we provide the ability to declare whether data is categorical, numeric, and so on, and guide the student to the correct decisions.
