Investigate / Experiment.
Your students did an experiment,
and are keen to see what it shows.
What now?
Store and share that data
Whether the data is hand-written notes, or has been typed into Excel or Sheets, it can be imported into DataClassroom.
If the data has been collected or provided by the teacher, it can be easily shared it with the entire class or used for creating an assignment.
Structure and understand the data
DataClassroom not only stores the raw data, but provides a structure to encourage best practices in handling that data. A dataset can be provided with a meaningful title, and a longer description of how it was collected.
This is also the point where students learn to understand concepts like data types, so we provide the ability to declare whether data is categorical or numeric, and guide the student to correct decisions.
